Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees vary depending on your location, and we recommend checking the rates.

Denmark check PostNord or DAO.

International returns check with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

For custom-made items, a 30% production fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of materials, production, and craftsmanship.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

When your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
