RETURN ITEM - IN DENMARK

At SOIÉ BELIÉ, you have a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. 

If you wish to return an item, you must purchase a return label, which we will send to you within 24 hours of purchase. Return costs are covered by the buyer, which also applies to shipping costs. 

Please note that a deduction of 300 DKK will be made from the refund. This amount covers the costs associated with producing the order as a custom-made item. However, this only applies if it is stated in the product description of the purchased item. 

In the Consumer Contracts Act, the exception for tailored goods is specified in § 18, subsection 2, no. 3, which clarifies that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications.

Hvis du ønsker at returnere en vare, skal du købe en returlabel, som vi sender til dig inden for 24 timer efter købet. Returomkostninger betales af køber, hvilket også gælder for forsendelsesomkostningerne.

Bemærk, at der vil blive fratrukket 300 kr. fra tilbagebetalingen. Dette beløb dækker de omkostninger, der var forbundet med at fremstille ordren som en specialtilpasset vare. Dette gælder dog kun, hvis det fremgår af produktbeskrivelsen for den pågældende vare.

I Forbrugeraftaleloven er undtagelsen for skræddersyede varer fastsat i § 18, stk. 2, nr. 3, som præciserer, at fortrydelsesretten ikke gælder for varer fremstillet efter forbrugerens specifikationer.
